Step 1 · Set up your company

Step 2 · Add your portfolio
About 5 minutes
Two ways to do this. Pick whichever fits.
Excel import
Upload a single spreadsheet with all your properties, units, tenants, and historical transactions.
Tip: fastest path if you have more than 5 tenants.
Manual entry
Add a property, then its units, then a tenant on each unit. A few minutes per unit.
Best for: small portfolios or starting from scratch.
Step 3 · Your dashboard
Read at a glance
Once your portfolio is in, the dashboard shows you four things:
- Action required — what needs your attention today (overdue tenants, expiring leases, FICA gaps).
- Financial overview — your money at a glance for the current month.
- Revenue projection — what you could earn versus what you've collected so far.
- Per-property breakdown — how each building performs.
